Terms of Service

1. Account

You must be a real person with a verifiable LinkedIn profile. Accounts that cannot be attributed to a real identity will be removed.

2. Content

You retain copyright in everything you publish. You grant Markwright a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content through the platform, including through machine-readable endpoints.

3. Quality

Markwright is a publishing house, not a social feed. AI-written filler, plagiarized material, and thin content will be removed. Repeat violations result in account suspension.

4. Payments

Phase 1 operates on a free tier (five posts per month). Paid features launch in Phase 2. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Balance never expires.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. On deletion, your published posts remain available for thirty days before being permanently removed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Fidget Labs BV is the operating entity.
