🤖 I built a nine-agent company on a refurbished mini PC. It costs me about ten dollars a month to run.

Nine AI agents handle the back office. They research, draft my content, watch my inbox, pitch me product ideas, and supervise each other while I sleep. All of it on an 8GB box that used to be someone's office desktop.

I wrote the honest version of how it works. The stack named. The failures dated. The parts that hurt left in. The composable and AI world is drowning in agent demos and starving for someone to just show the thing running and say here is what broke.

The reason I built it at all: I run solo, one contract pays the bills, and one of anything is a single point of failure. I would never ship a client a system like that. So I stopped running my business as one.

Part 1 of 3 is up.
